Only 1 in 7 people today are Self Aware and have Situational Awareness. Being Self Aware is a critical component to productivity, health and wellness, and the ability to contribute in your organization. Today, the pandemic is only making this worse. At a minimum, 3 out of every 4 employess today are dealing with Stress, Anxiety and Depression that is having an impact on their productivity and morale within your organization.

One of the biggest drivers of work performance is the ability to work with your team members. Increased stress and anxiety makes this not just a matter of your team members health & wellness, but also their productivity. To be able to address these issues, you need to be able to identify them and then act to correct the issues. Impacts that effect productivity:
You may have had training that identifies what to look for as indicators regarding the health & wellness of your team members. Without Situational Awareness, you, your leadership and your team members are not able to identify the changes in behavior that indicate these issues nor are you prepared to be able to act to address the issues.

Leadership needs to focus on the development of the positive habits and behaviors that are consistent with a healthy and safe workplace.
